Our Mission is to have a gathering place for the seniors
of Franklin County to participate in activities and health oriented programs
for the purpose of keeping our minds and bodies healthy and active. The council is a private, nonprofit agency. Year in and year out, we must raise money from private or government sources in order to continue to provide transportation, social gatherings, and programs to our elderly community members over the age of 55. Our goal to help the senior citizen of Franklin County live life to the fullest extent possible. We don't put a price tag on care, compassion, or kindness, but we must put a price tag on the costs of creating and maintaining wonderful programs that will help meet the social and physical needs of our senior friends and neighbors.
